Mildred Sell Dies at 70
Windber - Mildred (Lochrie) Sell, a local resident, died Monday at home. She was 70. Mrs Sell Retired from the Windber Area School District in 1971 after teaching approximatley 30 years. She had taught Grade 1.
Mrs Sell was the widow of the late Frederick R. Sell. She is survived by a
son. Her father, Thomas Lochrie was a prominent coal operator.
